PostalAnnex+ has a Notary Public on staff during all regular business hours, Monday through Saturday. You never need an appointment!

This is a checklist for you when you need a document notarized:

1. Bring current I.D. Acceptable identification includes:

    a. Current State Issued Drivers License or         Identification card

    b. Current U.S. Issued Passport

    c. Foreign passport stamped by U.S.Immigration
        and Naturalization Service (INS).

    d. U.S. Military ID w/ signature.

2. Your documents must be complete and the     entire document must be present when signatures
    are being notarized.

3. Any signers who need their signature notarized MUST     be present when signatures are notarized.
